As we all face increasing pressure to do more with less, it’s critical that we hold ourselves accountable for the work that we do. Proving return on investment should be a part of project planning from the strategy phase onward.

In higher education, ROI is often admissions related, and comes down to a very simple formula: more of the students you’re looking for, with less money spent finding them. This is an oversimplifiction, of course, and many factors can come into play, but if you can prove your success to your institution, you’ll be the hero.
